DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce the return of Friday Night Dining at Malahide Yacht Club\, kicking off with a special Italian Night on Friday 27th March 2026 in the STJ Clubhouse. \nThis evening will mark the start of a new series of relaxed and sociable Friday dining events at the club\, beginning with a menu inspired by classic Italian flavours and designed to be enjoyed in great company. \nFor €40 per person\, guests will enjoy a delicious multi-course dining experience featuring shared starters\, hearty Italian mains\, and indulgent desserts. \nItalian Night Menu Highlights\nThe evening begins with starters to share\, including: \n\nArancini – ricotta\, lemon and spinach crispy risotto balls with truffle parmesan cheese sauce\nItalian herby meatballs in tomato sauce served with crispy bread\n\nGuests can then choose from a selection of Italian-inspired mains: \n\nChicken Parmigiana – Irish chicken breast in sweet tomato sauce with cheese\nAubergine Parmigiana – layers of slow-cooked tomato and aubergine with parmesan\nPumpkin Ravioli – fresh pumpkin ravioli in a creamy cheese sauce\n\nSides will include crispy rosemary potatoes and an Italian herby salad. \nTo finish the evening\, guests will enjoy dessert platters to share\, featuring: \n\nTiramisu bites\nRicotta cannoli\nLemon tarts\n\nA More Sociable Dining Experience\nTo create a warm and relaxed atmosphere\, tables will be arranged for groups of 4 to 6 people\, encouraging members and guests to share tables and enjoy a more bistro-style dining experience.
