DESCRIPTION:St. Patrick’s Day at Malahide Yacht Club – Supporting Howth Lifeboat\nSt. Patrick’s Day is always a special occasion around the Irish coast\, and this year Malahide Yacht Club is inviting members\, friends and visitors to celebrate the day in true maritime style while supporting an incredible cause. \nOn St. James’s Terrace\, the club will host a relaxed and welcoming gathering from 12:30pm to 5:00pm\, bringing together good company\, great food\, and a shared appreciation for those who keep our waters safe. \nA Perfect Way to Celebrate the Day\nGuests can enjoy a traditional Irish treat with: \n\nHot Powers Whiskey\nIrish Coffee\nSmoked salmon plates\n\nWhether you drop in for a quick drink after the parade or settle in for a longer afternoon by the water\, it promises to be a warm and sociable way to mark the national day. \nThe event is kindly sponsored by Powers Irish Whiskey\, helping to create a festive atmosphere while ensuring that as much support as possible goes to the chosen charity. \nSupporting the Howth Lifeboat\nAll proceeds from the day will go in aid of the Howth Lifeboat\, part of the RNLI network that protects lives at sea around the Irish coastline. \nFor anyone involved in boating\, sailing or watersports in the Dublin Bay area\, the work of the RNLI is deeply appreciated. DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce the return of Friday Night Dining at Malahide Yacht Club\, kicking off with a special Italian Night on Friday 27th March 2026 in the STJ Clubhouse. \nThis evening will mark the start of a new series of relaxed and sociable Friday dining events at the club\, beginning with a menu inspired by classic Italian flavours and designed to be enjoyed in great company. \nFor €40 per person\, guests will enjoy a delicious multi-course dining experience featuring shared starters\, hearty Italian mains\, and indulgent desserts. \nItalian Night Menu Highlights\nThe evening begins with starters to share\, including: \n\nArancini – ricotta\, lemon and spinach crispy risotto balls with truffle parmesan cheese sauce\nItalian herby meatballs in tomato sauce served with crispy bread\n\nGuests can then choose from a selection of Italian-inspired mains: \n\nChicken Parmigiana – Irish chicken breast in sweet tomato sauce with cheese\nAubergine Parmigiana – layers of slow-cooked tomato and aubergine with parmesan\nPumpkin Ravioli – fresh pumpkin ravioli in a creamy cheese sauce\n\nSides will include crispy rosemary potatoes and an Italian herby salad. \nTo finish the evening\, guests will enjoy dessert platters to share\, featuring: \n\nTiramisu bites\nRicotta cannoli\nLemon tarts\n\nA More Sociable Dining Experience\nTo create a warm and relaxed atmosphere\, tables will be arranged for groups of 4 to 6 people\, encouraging members and guests to share tables and enjoy a more bistro-style dining experience.
