Lots of Sailing Activity at MYC….

We have been working hard to get our sailors back on the water as quickly as possible during these challenging times for our Club.

This would not have been possible without the fantastic volunteers who have very generously given their time freely to help us achieve our goals.

We now have the following Classes back sailing in the safe and sheltered waters of our Broadmeadows Estuary, with a timetable in place for each Class, and booking system to manage and control the numbers allowed sail on each session:

TOPAZ : sailing 2 days a week

FEVAS/VISIONS : sailing 2 days

Toppers & 420’s: training 3 days a week

Oppies: training 3 days a week catering for 3 levels of experience

Lasers: sailing 3 days a week for a very large class of over 50 boats

J24’s: berthed in Malahide Marina, and now open to Family Membership Units to join, boats are ready to sail.

Kona’s: Windsurfers back on water 2 days a week – open to adults and cadets to participate.

It is hoped that Racing will restart on Saturday the 4th July as per I.S. Guidelines for Phase 3.

For information on any of the above, contact your Class Captain.
