Coaching Topics: Practical Skills for Managing Swells & Tide in Open Water Racing
Location: St. James Terrace Clubhouse
Time: 10.00am – 4.30pm (boats to be rigged for launch at 10.00am sharp)
[Briefing will commence at 10.30am on Saturday and will be central part of coaching]
[Briefing on Sunday will commence at the earlier time of 10.00am on Sunday]
Finish: Course will be finished at 4.30pm both days. Pizza will be available in SJT Clubhouse at c.4.30pm. The European Rugby Champions Cup Final will also be showing for any parents interested.
Cost: 2 Day €90 per sailor - Registration form below.

Special Notes: Boat owners responsible for transfer of boats to club carpark in St. James Terrace. Broadmeadows will be open from 8pm – 9pm on Friday 19th May
Important Notes & Requirements:
Sailors must be of sufficient competence and capable of returning to the club unaided.
Sailors should bring a pack lunch in waterproof bags – lunch will be on the water both days
to resemble racing conditions.
Sailors must come dressed and ready for sailing.
Sailors must be fully rigged and dressed in SJT Clubhouse for appointed briefing time.
Please note that there are no purpose built changing facilities in the SJT Clubhouse.
Changing facilities in Broadmeadows should be accessible (please check with Class Captain).
Bookings must be made through the club website. We will not have any other facility to take
payment.
Sailors must have the use of their own boat.
Cancelled sessions will be made up at a later date.
Please ensure your sailor arrives promptly and is collected at an appropriate time for each
session.
Boats can be left in the SJT car park on Saturday night (please note at owners’ risk).
Boats must be removed from SJT on Sunday evening to free up the car park.
