Malahide Yacht Club Dinghy Centre is based on the back estuary in Malahide, known as the Broadmeadows. This is one of the safest sailing areas in all of Ireland, offering sheltered water area and non-tidal condition. Since our inception, we have provided sailing programmes and powerboat training to over 20,000 attendees. We have a great passion for our sport and enjoy nothing more than introducing it to beginners for the first time. Whether you have been sailing for many years or are a complete beginner we would love to get you on the water with us.

Girl Guides Programme
We work with local groups to provide a new skill set to enhance/compliment their training.
Teen Camps (13-16 years)
An intensive week of introduction to sailing, using a variety of our club boats – laser, topaz, feva’s, visions. Double-handed sailing or single-handed.
By the end of this course you should have the skills and knowledge necessary to rig up your boat and safely go sailing without assistance in light winds.
